Corriana

Corriana is a detached single-storey bungalow on Rock Road, on the outskirts of Rock village. It sleeps six across three bedrooms and has ample off-road parking, an enclosed garden with lawn and patio, and a conservatory. One well-behaved dog is welcome.

The layout is all on one level. The principal king-size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, bidet, and WC. A second king-size has its own washbasin. The twin room completes the sleeping arrangements. A main bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, and WC, plus a separate cloakroom, serve the rest of the house. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and full-size fridge-freezer. A utility room handles laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The garden has a patio with furniture, surrounded by lawn. Daymer Bay Beach - a sheltered estuary beach with calm, shallow water - is 2.1 km away. Greenaway Beach, a quiet cove with rock pools between Polzeath and Daymer Bay, is 2.7 km. Polzeath's surf break is 3.5 km north.

Rock sits on the east bank of the Camel Estuary opposite Padstow, connected by a water taxi running every 20 minutes. The Mariners pub is 0.5 miles away, and shops are within 0.6 miles. The Camel Trail cycle path can be joined at Wadebridge, 4 miles south. Port Isaac is about 8 miles north along the coast.
