Cory Farm Marsland Cottage is a converted granary on a 267-acre family-run organic dairy farm on the north Cornwall coast near Bude, sleeping 6 across 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Original beams and wooden floors run throughout, and several rooms have views across rolling pasture toward the sea. The 3 bedrooms cover a super-king (convertible to twin on request), a double, and a twin.

The lounge-diner has a wood burner, Smart TV, and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an electric AGA plus a standard oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. A private enclosed garden at the rear has a patio and BBQ. Parking is included. Up to 2 dogs are welcome, with a designated dog exercise field on the farm.

The farm complex includes an all-weather indoor play barn with table tennis, trampolines, a scramble net, and climbing slides - useful for families in wet weather. Duckpool Beach, a remote National Trust cove managed by the South West Coast Path, is around 5 miles away. Bude is a similar distance with the Summerleaze surf beach, tidal canal, and town amenities. Marsland Valley - a Site of Special Scientific Interest - starts with a 35-minute walk along wooded lanes from the farm gate.
