For longer days out, Dartmoor is accessible across the Devon border - the southern moor edges are around 20km east. The Looe Valley and the south coast at Downderry, Seaton, and Looe itself are within 25km, making them reasonable day-trip targets rather than doorstep walking.

This property suits families or groups who want a self-contained rural base with guaranteed swimming regardless of weather - the indoor pool takes the coastal distance out of the equation.
