The ground floor has a twin bedroom with basin, a shower room, and two sitting rooms - one with an open fire. Upstairs, the super-king bedroom has an en-suite with bath, separate shower, and bidet. A twin bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and a family room holds a double and a child's single with an adjoining room containing a cot and en-suite. The kitchen has a range cooker with gas hob, and a utility room handles laundry. A home cinema system, WiFi, and electric car charging are included.

The lawned garden has a patio with furniture and a covered pond (supervision required for children). Off-road parking fits four cars. Gwynver Beach - a sandy surf beach with powerful Atlantic swells and fewer crowds than Sennen - is 300m away. Sennen Cove itself is 2.2km along the coast path, with surf hire, cafes, and lifeguard cover through summer.

Land's End is a 20-minute walk along the coast path. The Minack Theatre is 6 miles east, and St Just - the nearest town with a supermarket - is 3 miles north. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
