Ocean Edge is a single-storey maisonette on the sea front at Sennen Cove, with sea views and a private garden terrace. The terrace has furniture, a barbecue and an outdoor pizza oven, and the front garden has a lawn and sun loungers. The shop and beach are 0.4 miles away, the pub and lake 0.5 miles.

Inside, the open-plan living space holds the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with a Smart TV and WiFi. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, and a utility room has the washing machine. A cloakroom and a storage room complete the layout.

There are three bedrooms for eight: two doubles and a family room with a bunk bed and two singles, which has an en-suite with a walk-in shower. A separate shower room has a heated towel rail. A games store holds table tennis, surfboards, bodyboards and ball games for guests to use.

Access matters here. Three steps lead up to the property, and the last 10 metres to the property are narrow, not suitable for vehicles larger than a transit van; the driveway takes two vehicles. The beach is reached by a footpath. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome and smoking is not allowed. Short breaks are not accepted in school holiday periods or during June, July and August. Ideal for two families; the steps make it less good for anyone who cannot manage them.
