Creekside House is a detached five-bedroom property in Mixtow, on the east bank of the River Fowey estuary. Its reverse-level layout places the main living spaces on the upper floor, where a kitchen-diner and living room look out over the creek and a private pontoon below.

The ground floor holds four of the five bedrooms, including a king-size room with en-suite and dressing room overlooking the water, a second king-size with water views, a twin with vanity basin and direct garden access, and a children's room with bunk bed and single. The first-floor king-size bedroom has its own en-suite and a balcony facing the walled garden and creek. A family bathroom with bath and shower sits on the ground floor, and a cloakroom is on the first floor. Starlink WiFi and a dishwasher are included.

Outside, an enclosed walled garden has a lawn, ornamental pond, and a summer house. Wrap-around decking with seating overlooks the water, and a private pontoon is available for mooring boats. Off-road parking accommodates several cars. Two dogs are welcome.

Readymoney Cove is 2.3 km away, a sheltered sandy cove below St Catherine's Castle, and Lantic Bay - a National Trust beach reached by a steep coastal walk - sits 2.9 km to the east. Fowey town centre, with its harbour-front restaurants and the passenger ferry to Polruan, is about 2 miles by road.
