Dawn Catcher is a third-floor penthouse apartment in the centre of Falmouth, sleeping 8 across four bedrooms. Four private balconies give views over the town and toward the coast - the defining feature of this property.

Inside, the open-plan living area holds the kitchen, dining space, and lounge. One king-size bedroom has a Smart TV and en-suite shower room; the remaining three bedrooms (one king, two doubles) share a main bathroom with bath and shower over. A utilities room houses the washer-dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Two Smart TVs and a Bluetooth sound bar serve the communal areas.

Falmouth has the third-deepest natural harbour in the world and 5 beaches within easy reach. Castle Beach, with its rock pools below Pendennis Castle, is 700m from the front door. Gyllyngvase Beach - a Blue Flag sandy beach with a cafe and lifeguards in summer - is 800m. The National Maritime Museum, independent shops, and restaurants are all within a 2-minute walk.

Best for a large group wanting balcony views over the harbour and a walk to two beaches, given parking for up to four cars. Less suited to guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage, since access is via six flights of stairs with no lift.
