Farmlands

Farmlands is a single-storey cottage for six, with two super-king-size rooms and a twin, three bedrooms in all and parking included for guests arriving by car. Three bathrooms give each bedroom useful capacity, making the layout suitable for a family or friends sharing the property without queuing in the morning.

The cottage sits in rolling countryside and has sea views, a garden and a terrace. Inside, a piano and wood burner provide focal points for evenings in. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher and a washing machine are included. Both super-king-size bedrooms are en-suite, and the main bathroom has a shower over the bath, a walk-in shower and a tumble dryer alongside the washing machine. The floors are oak, and the terrace has seating above an enclosed garden. Up to two dogs can stay.

Porthcothan Bay is 900m away, Treyarnon Bay is 1.3 miles and Constantine Bay is 1.8 miles from the cottage, all reachable without much driving. The address is in Padstow, described as less than five miles away, while Porthcothan Bay is the nearest town for a shop and a pub.

**Best for:** families or friends wanting three bathrooms, a single-storey layout, sea views, a wood burner and Porthcothan Bay within 900m. Dog owners are also well catered for.

**Less good for:** guests needing step-free access.
