Crantock Beach is 1km away across the Gannel estuary; in summer a foot ferry crosses from Newquay side to Crantock, cutting the driving loop. Vugga Cove is 1.7km and tends to be quieter than the main town beaches.

Best for families or groups of four who want a pool for days when the surf is too much, with Fistral within walking distance for the mornings. Less good for those wanting sea views or a garden - this is an apartment complex rather than a standalone property.
