Five-bedroom house, Porthleven

Room for ten is the point of this house in Porthleven. There are five bedrooms: a super-king-size, a king-size and three twin rooms, served by a family bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower and a recently updated en-suite shower room. The living spaces are a sitting room, a kitchen and a dining space.

The kitchen is well stocked for a big group, with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an air fryer and a slow cooker. Gas central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. There is a TV and WiFi, and a highchair is available for younger guests.

Outside is a garden with a patio and furniture, and the house has sea views. Off-road parking takes two cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The beach is 0.4 miles away, the pub 0.5 miles and the nearest shop 1.4 miles.

The house is in Porthleven, with Helston 3 miles away and Penzance 10 miles. Falmouth, 17.5 miles away, has Pendennis Castle. The layout best suits two families or a group of friends who want their own bedrooms; with only two bathrooms for ten, it is less good for a group that wants an en-suite each.
