The upper-level arrangement makes use of sea views across the town towards the Clock Tower. White marble worktops and top-range appliances furnish the kitchen. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and washing machine are included.

An enclosed wrap-around garden has a paved terrace and barbecue, giving the group outdoor space away from the road. Parking is provided, and up to two dogs are accepted.

Porthleven Beach is 900 metres away. Porthcew Rinsey Cove is 2.4 miles away and Praa Sands is 3.4 miles away. Porthleven's working harbour has become one of Cornwall's notable food destinations, home to Kota Restaurant and the annual food festival each April, both within walking distance of the house.

Thirteen reviews give the house a rating of 4.8, with cleanliness, comfort and location each scoring 5. The reverse-level layout favours the outlook, but it also means guests should expect stairs between the bedrooms and the main living space.
