Flat 1 Holmesdale is a two-bedroom apartment for four in Carbis Bay, on the coast road a mile south of St Ives. One double and one twin bedroom are served by two bathrooms, useful for a family or two couples sharing space. A private decked balcony and garden give the apartment its own outdoor area.

WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and a washing machine are included. Dogs are not accepted. Two bathrooms mean the four-person group avoids queuing for a single shower each morning, and the balcony offers a spot to eat outside without leaving the flat.

Carbis Bay Beach, a Blue Flag sandy cove backed by subtropical planting, is around 400 metres from the apartment. Porthminster Beach is roughly 1 mile away and St Ives Harbour Beach is 1.1 miles, both reachable along the South West Coast Path that runs through the village. Carbis Bay's own rail halt reaches St Ives in one stop, with a change at St Erth for the mainline to London Paddington.

**Best for:** Two couples or a family of four wanting two bathrooms, a private balcony and a Blue Flag beach within walking distance.

**Less good for:** Guests travelling with a dog or EV drivers needing a charge point.
