Flat 17, The Stones is a first-floor apartment in the Gwel Marten development on Headland Road, between Carbis Bay beach and St Ives. The apartment sleeps four and sits 600 metres from Carbis Bay's Blue Flag sand, with allocated parking for one car - a genuine advantage in this part of west Cornwall.

The apartment is heated by electric heaters. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Carbis Bay beach is a short walk downhill, and Porthkidney Beach, a wide dune-backed strand within the Hayle Estuary SSSI, lies 0.9 miles east.

Carbis Bay sits on the branch rail line to St Ives, making it easy to reach the town's galleries, harbour, and restaurants without driving. The South West Coast Path runs through the village in both directions. A pub is 0.3 miles from the apartment. Changeover day is Friday.

Best for a couple or family of four wanting Carbis Bay's Blue Flag beach a short walk away, with parking rare in this part of west Cornwall. Less good for anyone needing step-free access, since it's a first-floor flat.
