Four-bedroom house, Mullion

Four bedrooms make this house in Mullion a fit for a party of eight: three doubles and a twin. It stands in the hamlet of Lower Redenek near Helston, and a single bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC serves everyone.

The house has a sitting room with a TV and music player, a separate dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Gas central heating is installed, WiFi is available, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

A highchair and a travel cot can be provided for younger guests. The garden has a patio and furniture, and the off-road parking takes two cars. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.

A shop is 0.2 miles away and a pub 0.3 miles. Helston is 5 miles off and Lizard Point 5.5 miles. Mullion village has restaurants, shops, pubs and a working harbour at Mullion Cove, and Kynance Cove and the Cornish Seal Sanctuary at Gweek are further afield. The house suits two families or a group of friends sharing; with eight people and one bathroom, it is less good for a group that needs more than one bathroom.
