Carbis Bay village has a small selection of shops 500 metres from the door, and the branch line station connects to St Ives in a few minutes. The South West Coast Path passes through the village, with walks east to St Ives harbour or west towards Lelant and the Hayle Estuary RSPB reserve.

Suits a couple or young family who want a ground-floor apartment with an enclosed private courtyard, 500 metres from Carbis Bay beach. Less good for guests with a second car, as the gated parking is for one.
