Goonwinnow Farm Holiday Cottages is a converted farm complex near St Newlyn East, sleeping up to 24 across five units: two 4-bedroom cottages, one 2-bedroom cottage, and a 1-bedroom studio suite. Each unit has its own private hot tub. The buildings retain exposed beams and vaulted ceilings from the original mill house and farm structures. Dogs are welcome across the site. Great Western Beach in Newquay is 7.5km.

The site sits one mile from the A30, placing it roughly in the centre of Cornwall. This makes it an efficient base for day trips in multiple directions - Newquay's surf beaches are under 20 minutes, the Eden Project is roughly 25 minutes, and Padstow is about 35 minutes. The surrounding farmland gives the property a genuinely rural feel despite the central location.

Each cottage books independently, so the site can accommodate one large group of 24 or separate smaller parties of mixed sizes. The shared outdoor space with multiple hot tubs is the social heart of the complex. Wi-Fi, parking, and a garden are included across all units.

Best for extended families or groups of friends who want private hot tubs and a central Cornwall location with good road access. Works for multi-generational trips where different households need separate sleeping arrangements.
