Granary Steps at Langoose is a two-bedroom cottage near Lanhydrock for four guests, formerly part of the Lanhydrock Estate itself. A double room and a bunk room share a single bathroom, a layout that suits a family more readily than two couples wanting equal rooms.

The cottage sits an inland three miles from Lanhydrock's 900-acre parkland and the Cardinham Woods mountain-bike trails. Carlyon Bay is 7.4 miles away, Charlestown Beach is 7.9 miles and Readymoney Cove is 8.2 miles, so reaching the coast means a drive from this inland base near Bokiddick.

Parking is included at the cottage, which is useful given that the nearest beach is a 7.4 mile drive away.
