Per Adua

Per Adua is a 3-bedroom house near Charlestown sleeping 5 across 1 double, 1 twin, and 1 single (2'6" width). Charlestown harbour is 0.9 miles away, with the beach beyond the historic lock gates. Carlyon Bay, a longer sandy beach, is 0.9 miles in the opposite direction.

The lounge has a living flame gas fire and leads through to a sunlit conservatory that serves as an extra sitting room through autumn and winter. Outside, the private patio has seating, and a BBQ, and gives way to an enclosed garden.

Per Adua sits in a strong position for the inland heritage attractions that make this part of Cornwall worthwhile beyond the beach. The Eden Project is approximately 6 miles, the Lost Gardens of Heligan are roughly the same distance, and Lanhydrock House - the National Trust country house with formal gardens - is a similar short drive inland.

The three bedrooms are upstairs. A washing machine is included. Ask the owner about parking before booking. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. The shared bathroom has a shower over the bath, a WC and a heated towel rail.

Works for families or mixed groups combining a beach base with inland attractions. Less suited to those who need more than 1 bathroom for 5 people, or who need step-free access and would want to check with the owner before booking.
