Lantic Bay is 1.4 miles by foot from Polruan, and Lansallos Beach is 2.6 miles further along the coast. The nearest public car park is 300 metres away.

Best for groups wanting a central Fowey base with character and good access to the estuary ferries. Works for dog owners. Not great for those who need parking at the door, prefer ground-floor accommodation, or are prioritising beach access over town setting.
