Lantic Bay is 2.3km by foot from Polruan, and Lansallos Beach is 4.2km further along the coast. The nearest public car park is 300 metres away - no parking at the property itself.

Best for groups wanting a central Fowey base with character and good access to the estuary ferries. Works for dog owners. Not great for those who need parking at the door, prefer ground-floor accommodation, or are prioritising beach access over town setting.
