Off-road parking for one car comes with the property. The balcony and patio have outdoor furniture. Carbis Bay Beach is a 5-minute walk, with Porthkidney Beach 1.1 miles east along the dunes and Porthminster Beach 1.2 miles toward St Ives.

Carbis Bay village has a post office, cafes and shops along the main road. The branch line rail halt connects to St Erth in 12 minutes for mainline trains, and St Ives is a 25-minute walk along the coast path or one stop on the train. The South West Coast Path runs through the village in both directions - west toward Lelant and the Hayle Estuary RSPB reserve, east to St Ives harbour.

Best for two couples or a small family who want a sea-facing balcony and a Blue Flag beach 300 metres away. Less good for anyone who finds stairs difficult, as the open-plan living space is on the first floor.
