This large apartment on the quieter side of Looe has magnificent sea views - from the veranda, the dining room and the terrace next to the main bedroom - and is within half a mile of Hannafore Beach, which has rockpools aplenty to explore and views of Looe Island. The property is one of several apartments in a mansion in West Looe. Kids will love the sandy beaches and crabbing from the harbour walls, and other highlights include a boat trip to Looe Island to see the grey seals or to the Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary, 4 miles away. The town is also on the South West Coast Path and you can walk along the coast in both easterly and westerly directions.

The apartment is all on one level but you will need to climb a number of steps to reach it. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is well-equipped for self-catering and has a dining area with window seating and beautiful views of the bay. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and there are three bedrooms, all with TVs. One has a super-king zip-and-link that can be turned into three single beds and doors leading onto a terrace, also with views of the bay, and an en-suite shower room. The other has a king-size bed with sea views and the third bedroom has bunk beds.

As well as the terrace, a furnished veranda to the front of the apartment overlooks the shared lawn and Looe Bay beyond.

Best for families or groups of up to six wanting sea views from multiple rooms and flexible sleeping with the bunk room. Less good for guests who can't manage stairs, since a number of steps lead up to the apartment.
