Harbour Studio is a single-storey cottage in Sennen Cove, the most westerly beach settlement in Cornwall, just over a mile from Land's End. The property sits 200 metres from Whitesand Bay, where nearly a mile of Atlantic-facing sand produces reliable surf year-round.

Inside, the cottage has two bedrooms - one king-size and one double - with a shower room featuring a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The open-plan living space covers kitchen, dining and sitting areas. A Smart TV and WiFi are provided. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and cafetiere.

Designated parking for 1 car is in the local car park. One dog is welcome. The property uses electric central heating. The shop is a 1-minute walk and the pub 2 minutes. Note that the property does not have a garden.

Sennen Cove beach, 200 metres away, has RNLI lifeguard cover through summer, a surf school, and boards and wetsuits for hire. Gwynver Beach is 1 mile north - a surf beach with powerful Atlantic swells and fewer crowds, reached by a steep cliff path. The Minack Theatre is 6 miles east, and Land's End is a 20-minute walk along the coast path.
