No.73 is a single-storey caravan on a holiday park at the outskirts of Sennen Cove. The open-plan living space combines a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, an air fryer, a microwave and a washing machine, plus a dining area and a sitting area. There are two bedrooms, a double and a single, and a shower room with a walk-in shower. Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

The park has an outdoor swimming pool that guests can use free of charge, along with crazy golf, football golf and soft play. A bar and restaurant are on site. There is a sofa bed in the living area, but it has to be requested before arrival so the linen can be left ready, and a travel cot is available on request.

Parking is off-road for one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome, smoking is not allowed, and a good housekeeping bond applies. The shop is 0.1 miles away, the pub 0.3 miles and the beach 0.9 miles. St Just is 5 miles away and Penzance 9 miles.

The caravan suits a couple or a small family who will spend time on the park's facilities. It is less good for a group travelling in two cars, as parking covers one.
