Heylyn

Heylyn is a two-bedroom cottage for four beside a creek at Little Petherick. One double bedroom and one bunk room suit a family, while two bathrooms reduce morning queues. Up to two dogs are accepted, and parking and WiFi are included.

A large sun deck overlooks the water, giving guests a place for wildlife watching, and French doors in the double bedroom open onto a small balcony over the creek. The cottage has direct kayak access from the Saints' Way creek. Water levels, tides, launch conditions and suitable equipment should be checked before use rather than assumed from the access point alone. Check the garden boundary with the owners if you are bringing children or dogs.

Trevone Bay is the nearest named beach at 2.8 miles. Daymer Bay Beach and Harlyn Bay Beach are both 3.4 miles away. Padstow and its restaurants are also nearby for evenings out. A dishwasher and washing machine support longer stays, but there is no EV charger, barbecue, hot tub or pool. Guests needing accessible facilities should check with the owners before booking.

Best for a family wanting bunk beds, two bathrooms and creek-side outdoor space. Less good for EV drivers, verified step-free needs or visitors uncomfortable managing children or dogs near open water.
