Higher Treliver Farmhouse And Piggery

A five-bedroom farmhouse sleeping 10, set in open countryside near Wadebridge. The main house holds two king-size bedrooms, one double, and one twin sharing the main bathroom, while a separate garden annexe provides a twin bedroom with its own wood burner and en-suite shower. The AGA kitchen opens through to a dining room large enough to seat ten.

Outside, a gravelled patio has a BBQ and dining furniture, with a private hot tub and open fire for year-round use. Two dogs are welcome. The garden is surrounded by open fields with countryside views on all sides.

Daymer Bay Beach is 8.2 miles away; Mawgan Porth lies at the same distance. The Eden Project is approximately 10 miles by road, and the Camel Trail - one of Cornwall's most popular cycling and walking routes - connects Wadebridge to Padstow and Bodmin.

Best for multi-generational groups or families who want farm-setting peace within reach of the north coast. Ideal for those arriving by car. Less good for guests relying on public transport, as the rural location requires a vehicle for day trips.

The farmhouse has an open fire in addition to the hot tub, making it a year-round option for groups who want to avoid the peak summer crowds on the north coast. WiFi is included, and the BBQ and outdoor dining furniture extend the practical use of the patio through warmer months.
