Hobbys

Hobbys is a three-bedroom cottage sleeping six in the rural hamlet of Trenale, half a mile from Tintagel on the north Cornwall coast. The sleeping layout combines a double, a bunk room, and a zip-and-link room, suiting families or mixed groups.

The cottage is one of eight sympathetically converted stone properties arranged around a landscaped courtyard, each with its own enclosed garden. Inside, the interior blends stone character with modern comforts, and pets are welcome throughout the stay.

Outside, the property has its own enclosed garden and parking, with a shared recreational paddock available for exercising dogs or watching the sunset over the sea. Bossiney Cove is 1.3km away, reached on a 20-minute walk that reveals a sandy beach at low tide. Tregardock Beach sits 5km away and Port Gaverne 9.9km along the coast.

Tintagel village is under five minutes by car, with shops, pubs, restaurants, the medieval castle, and Merlin's Cave. Boscastle harbour, run by the National Trust, lies 2.5 miles away, and Camelford offers family facilities including a swimming pool. Trebarwith Strand, a popular surf beach, is a short drive south.
