Holiday Home with a Hot tub

Set within Meadow Lakes Holiday Park near St Austell, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage has its own private hot tub and access to the park's seasonal outdoor swimming pool. A wood burner in the living area handles cooler evenings, and the terrace gives garden views across the park grounds. Not dog-friendly.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, and the cottage has a private entrance via a balcony and terrace. Wi-Fi is included. The park provides additional facilities: a games room, indoor and outdoor play areas, and a coffee shop on site.

Meadow Lakes sits between the Eden Project - about 4 miles north-east - and Charlestown's Georgian harbour, 2 miles south. Pentewan Beach, with nearly a mile of sandy shore and RNLI lifeguard cover in summer, is under 4 miles away. Carlyon Bay beach, a wide sandy stretch with kayak and paddleboard hire, is about 3.5 miles south-east. St Austell station connects to the GWR mainline for Plymouth and beyond.

Best for: couples or small families wanting park amenities and a private hot tub without needing a full coastal location; visitors using the Eden Project and south coast harbours as the main draw. Less good for: dog owners (pets not accepted), or those wanting a quiet rural cottage away from a holiday park setting.
