Ivory is a first-floor apartment in Carbis Bay, part of the Carbis Beach Apartments complex on the hillside above the bay, sleeping 4 across 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The sea-facing balcony is the standout feature: Carbis Bay beach is 400m downhill, and the balcony faces the same direction. Changeover is Saturday.

The two bedrooms and two bathrooms make for a clean layout for two couples or a small family who don't want to share. A dishwasher, washing machine and parking are included. Wi-Fi is included, and a cot and a highchair are available. Garden access is available at ground level from the complex. No dogs are permitted.

Porthkidney Beach is 1.1 miles across the dunes - quieter and narrower than Carbis Bay, with fewer people even in August. Porthminster Beach is 1.1 miles toward St Ives, with a beach cafe that draws a local crowd year-round. St Ives town centre is around 1.2 miles on foot along the coastal path - Tate St Ives sits directly above Porthmeor beach at the far end.

Best for two couples or a small family who want a balcony apartment within walking distance of Carbis Bay beach and St Ives. Less suited to guests travelling with pets.
