Jasmine

River views define the stay at Jasmine, a three-bedroom house for six in Looe with a reverse-level layout that puts the living space above the bedrooms. Two glass-fronted balconies look out over the East Looe River and the woodland behind it.

A king-size room with its own en-suite occupies the top floor. The ground floor holds a double bedroom with a second en-suite and a separate bunk room, giving the house two bathrooms in total. A dishwasher and washing machine are both included. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner is on the middle floor, with a modern sofa, a Smart TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The king-size room has a sitting area. Dogs are not accepted.

Outside, an enclosed rear terrace holds the private hot tub, which belongs to the house and is not shared with other guests, with parking also provided. The South West Coast Path is 0.3 miles from the front door, with Polperro 5 miles away along the route and Fowey 13 miles. East Looe Beach and Plaidy Beach are both 0.7 miles away, and Hannafore Beach is 1.2 miles. The Looe guide covers the harbour town and its beaches.

**Best for:** families wanting river-facing balconies, a private hot tub and coast path access on foot. **Less good for:** guests needing step-free accommodation or a dedicated bathroom for the bunk room.
