Kerenza

Kerenza is a two-bedroom apartment for four in Polzeath, with sea views from the lounge and a private path down towards the beach.

A king-size bedroom is joined by a bunk room built for children or teenagers rather than a second couple, so the flat suits a family better than four adults sharing. One bathroom serves both rooms. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included. Dogs are not accepted.

Guests share a garden with picnic areas, and a private path leads towards the beach. Polzeath Beach is 600 metres away and produces consistent, manageable waves that make it one of Cornwall's most popular spots to learn to surf. Greenaway Beach is 900 metres and Daymer Bay 0.8 miles, so three beaches sit within a short walk or a five-minute drive.

Polzeath itself has a surf shop, several cafes and the Oyster Catcher bar and restaurant, with surf schools running from the beach between Easter and October. A Co-op covers everyday shopping, and Rock is about 2 miles south along the coast road.
