Kernow's Dream

Kernow's Dream is a reverse-level apartment at St Uny Apartments on Boskerris Road in Carbis Bay, a development of seven purpose-built flats. The layout is reverse-level, and both bedrooms are on the ground floor. Floor-to-ceiling bi-folding doors open from the living area to a seaward-facing balcony, and solid oak flooring runs through the room.

The living area has two three-seat sofas with manual recliners, a large Freeview smart TV, and a kitchen with an island and breakfast bar next to a beech dining table with four leather chairs. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite walk-in shower. The twin room opens to a rear paved patio where a table and six chairs are set out. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a microwave. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included, there is WiFi, and a cot and highchair are provided; bring your own cot bedding.

Parking is off-road for one car, and the route from the car park to the apartment level has 2 steps. The gravel path down the side of the building to the communal gardens is not open to guests, so the gardens cannot be reached that way during a stay. The beach is 0.3 miles away, the shop 0.4 miles and the pub 0.7 miles, and the coast path and scenic railway are close.

It suits a family of four or two couples, with a king-size room and a twin. No pets and no smoking. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
