Kober House

Kober House is a detached three-bedroom cottage in Mullion village on the Lizard, sleeping five across two bathrooms. Polurrian Beach is 800 metres on foot.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms give enough space for a family or group of five. The living room has an open fire - useful for shoulder-season stays when evenings turn cool on the Lizard. An enclosed garden with a BBQ area extends the living space outdoors. Wi-Fi and parking are included, and a washer/dryer and dishwasher are fitted. Dogs are welcome with no extra charge.

Mullion village is compact and walkable: a Co-Op, fish and chip shop, and several pubs are all within five minutes. Polurrian Beach (800 metres) is a broad south-facing beach with surf potential. Mullion Cove (0.9 miles) has a working harbour and National Trust cliffs. Poldhu Cove (1 mile) carries historical weight as the site where Marconi transmitted the first transatlantic wireless signal in 1901.
