Downstairs has a living/dining room and a second dining room, with a kitchen built around an electric range AGA, plus an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. A utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house also has a Smart TV, a grand piano and WiFi, and oil-fired central heating. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.
The enclosed front garden has a picnic bench, furniture and a barbecue, and the private driveway has ample parking. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Guests need to bring their own travel cot and highchairs, and smoking is not allowed.
It suits large families and groups of friends, with or without a couple of dogs, and is less good for anyone hoping to avoid stairs.
