Lantern Cottage is a two-bedroom property on Duke Street in Padstow, sleeping three. Ground-floor accessibility and underfloor heating throughout make it a practical option for visitors with mobility needs or those who prefer single-level living.

The open-plan ground floor combines sitting, kitchen, and dining areas in one space. The kitchen has an electric oven with induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A double bedroom and a ground-floor shower room with shower, basin, and WC are also at street level. Upstairs, a single bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. The cottage has a Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, and a selection of books and games.

There is no private garden, but a small shared courtyard has communal seating. Parking is in a public car park roughly 5 minutes' walk away. Padstow's shops and the harbour are about 200 metres on foot.

Daymer Bay Beach, a sheltered estuary beach with calm shallow water at the mouth of the Camel, is 2.4km east near Trebetherick. Trevone Bay - a sandy beach with a natural blowhole on its western cliffs, lifeguarded in summer - is 2.6km north. Padstow itself has Rick Stein's restaurants, the Camel Trail cycle path to Bodmin, and the annual Obby Oss May Day festival.
