Little Close, Lusty Glaze

Three-bedroom clifftop house in Newquay sleeping six, sitting directly above Lusty Glaze with sea views from the front garden. The cliff position and lawned rear garden are the headline - this is a family house priced around the view, not the bedrooms.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms over the apartment, with the master en-suite picking up the sea views. Downstairs the conservatory has a dining table and opens onto a BBQ patio. Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, off-street parking, garden, plus a cot and outdoor playhouse for smaller children. Headline price reflects peak weeks - shoulder-season rates drop substantially.

Four beaches sit within a 0.9 miles walk. Lusty Glaze itself is the closest - 133 steps down to a private adventure beach with weekly sundowner sessions late May to September. Tolcarne Beach is 600m, Great Western Beach 0.6 miles, and Whipsiderry Beach (caves at low tide, dogs year-round) 0.7 miles. Newquay town and harbour are a 15-minute walk; Fistral Beach for surfing is a short drive west, and Watergate Bay with its 2 miles of sand and Extreme Academy is a 5-minute drive north.

Best for families wanting a sea-view base inside walking distance of multiple beaches. Less good for guests who need lift access (133 steps to Lusty Glaze) or want a town-centre location with restaurants on the doorstep.
