Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, which matters when four people need to be beach-ready at the same time. There is no parking at the property itself, so arriving by car means using the estate's shared parking. A south-facing patio opens off the living area, and an enclosed garden with lawn furniture and BBQ sits alongside.

The Roserrow estate sits back from the Atlantic coast, a short drive from Rock and the Camel Estuary. Port Isaac is around 7 miles east along the coast path. Cornwall Hideaways and Rural Retreats both list this cottage, so pricing can vary - check both providers before booking.

Best for: couples or small families wanting North Cornwall surf access with open-fire comfort. Less good for: groups needing a car directly outside, or guests who need a washing machine (not available).
