Little House

Little House stands between Wadebridge and Padstow, near St Issey, and sits only 200m from the Camel Trail. Padstow is a 3k walk or cycle along the trail and Wadebridge is 5k in the other direction, so walkers and cyclists can set off from the door.

The house is arranged over three storeys with the kitchen/diner high up on the second floor, opening onto a furnished balcony with views across the Camel River. There is also a sitting room. Bedrooms are a ground-floor double with an en-suite walk-in shower, a first-floor double and a lower ground-floor twin, and there is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

Outside is a garden with a patio, lawn and furniture. Parking is off-road for 2 cars and an EV charger is available. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included. The house is non-smoking.

The nearest shop is 3.6 miles away and the nearest pub 1.7 miles, so it helps to arrive stocked up. A beach and a lake are both 0.3 miles from the house.

Three storeys mean regular stairs, so the house is less good for very young children or anyone who finds steps hard. It suits a family, two couples or a group of walkers and cyclists.
