Little Trevorrick Caravan

Little Trevorrick Caravan is a single-storey 3-bedroom holiday home on Trevorrick Farm, set in farmland about 2 miles south of Padstow near St Issey. The property sleeps 6 across 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, with a shower room (walk-in shower, basin, WC).

The open-plan living space runs kitchen, dining area, and sitting room together, with an electric fire in the sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas hob, fridge, toaster, and kettle. A TV is provided; note there is no Wi-Fi at this property. Bed linen and towels are included.

An enclosed garden has decking and garden furniture, with a gate giving access to the adjacent farm field. Parking is available on site for 2 cars. Trevone Bay - a sandy north coast beach with a natural blowhole in the western cliffs and summer lifeguard cover - is 2.5 miles away. Daymer Bay, a sheltered estuary beach suited to paddleboarding, is 2.9 miles.

Padstow's harbour restaurants and the start of the Camel Trail are a short drive north. Wadebridge, 3 miles southeast, gives access to the 18-mile Camel Trail cycle route to Bodmin.

**Best for:** Families and groups wanting a rural, farm setting with easy reach of both Padstow and the north coast beaches. **Less good for:** Those needing Wi-Fi or a dishwasher. Two well-behaved pets are welcome.
