The layout splits across two open-plan living levels, with a private hot tub on the deck and full access to the on-site spa, pools and Flow Rider surf simulator. Downstairs has the main living room with a wood burner and sliding doors onto a wide deck with the hot tub and BBQ. Upstairs adds a second sitting area opening onto a long balcony over the resort lakes, plus a dedicated children's playroom with climbing frame and dressing-up box. Three bathrooms across four bedrooms keeps the morning queue down. Dogs welcome - up to three small or two of any size. Note: this is a holiday-park lodge, not a standalone cottage, so expect neighbours close by and resort foot-traffic in summer.

Resort facilities run year-round: indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room, tennis, and an on-site restaurant. The lake hosts the Aqua Park inflatable obstacle course from May to September. Mawgan Porth is 8.5km away, Watergate Bay 9.2km, and the Bedruthan Steps beach 9.3km. Cornwall Airport Newquay is a six-mile drive.

Best for multi-family groups who want a hot tub, indoor pool, and a kids' playroom on tap. Less good for couples after a quiet rural retreat - the resort buzzes in school holidays.
