St Michael's Mount and Marazion are 4 miles away, and St Ives, with Tate St Ives and four beaches, is 6 miles west. Mousehole's fishing harbour is 5 miles, and Praa Sands, with its golden sand and beach bars, is 9 miles. The cliff-top Minack Theatre is 11.5 miles, and Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens, with views of St Michael's Mount, is a mile from the cottage.

The open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner is comfortably furnished, with a sofa and Smart TV for evenings in after a swim. The kitchen has everything needed for a family meal, with a dining table seating the whole party. The double and twin bedrooms can be made up as a king-size on request, and a modern shower room completes the layout.

At the rear, a lawned area with a picnic bench suits alfresco dining. The manor grounds hold a small holiday park with shared facilities, including an indoor swimming pool (additional charge), pitch-and-putt golf, tennis, a clubhouse and an on-site eatery.

Best for couples or small families with an electric car, thanks to the on-site EV charging and access to the manor's swimming pool. Less good for guests travelling with a dog, since pets aren't accepted at this cottage.
