Carbis Bay Beach is a short downhill walk, with Porthkidney Beach 1 mile east along the dunes. St Ives is one stop on the branch line from the village halt, or a 25-minute walk along the coast path. The village itself has a small cluster of shops, a post office and several cafes along the main road, while the South West Coast Path runs directly through Carbis Bay toward both Lelant and St Ives.

Best for a couple or small family who want sea views from an enclosed balcony and Carbis Bay's beach 600 metres away. Less good for anyone who prefers a ground-floor apartment, as this one is on the fourth floor.
