Mariners Watch is a fourth-floor apartment in Carbis Bay with unobstructed sea views from its enclosed balcony. The property sits on Headland Road, 600 metres from Carbis Bay Beach and its Blue Flag sand.

Carbis Bay Beach is a short downhill walk, with Porthkidney Beach 1.6 km east along the dunes. St Ives is one stop on the branch line from the village halt, or a 25-minute walk along the coast path. The village itself has a small cluster of shops, a post office and several cafes along the main road, while the South West Coast Path runs directly through Carbis Bay toward both Lelant and St Ives.
