Mario House

Mario House is a three-bedroom townhouse in central St Ives, sleeping six guests, 100 metres from Porthmeor Beach and its Atlantic surf break.

One king-size bedroom and two twin rooms give four separate beds, useful for a family or group of friends. Two bathrooms make the arrangement workable at full occupancy. The kitchen and diner is on the ground floor beside a family shower room, the living room is on the first floor, and the king-size bedroom on the top floor has its own en-suite shower room. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer are included, along with a garden. Dogs are not accepted, so groups bringing one should look elsewhere.

Porthmeor Beach is 100 metres away, below the Tate St Ives gallery and lifeguarded through the summer season. St Ives Harbour Beach, overlooked by Smeaton's Pier and the town's fishing boats, is 200 metres from the house, and Porthgwidden Beach, a small sheltered cove with its own cafe, is 400 metres. Three beaches within easy walking distance, plus the South West Coast Path, put most of the town's coastline on the doorstep while a parking space stays free for wider trips.
