Mazey Cottage

Mazey Cottage is a two-bedroom terraced cottage on Treassowe Road in central Penzance, sleeping four with one bathroom. The cottage comes with garage parking, an enclosed rear garden, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine. Dogs are welcome and fuel costs are included in the rate. Changeover is Friday.

Eastern Green Beach is 1.1km along the seafront promenade - a long shingle and sand beach facing Mount's Bay, with views across to St Michael's Mount on clear days. Long Rock Beach is 2.4km and Marazion Beach 4.3km, both reachable by walking along the bay. The Jubilee Pool, a seawater lido dating from 1935, is on the Promenade roughly 500m from the cottage.

Penzance town centre is a 10-minute walk: the main shopping street, Wetherspoon, and independent cafes are all within easy reach. Newlyn is a 20-minute walk south along the coast road - a working fishing port with a gallery and fish merchants. The Scillonian III ferry to the Isles of Scilly departs from the harbour near the train station.

Good for families or dog owners who want a town-centre base with walking distance to the seafront and good road access west to Land's End and the Penwith peninsula. Less good for guests wanting a rural or coastal setting - this is a residential street in a working town.
