Padstow, with its fish restaurants, harbour market, and the ferry across to Rock, is around 6.2 miles along the trail or by road. Rock itself, with Pityme and Dinham's beach walks, is directly across the estuary. The Eden Project is around 7.5 miles southeast via the A389.
