Morley's

A two-bedroom cottage near Ponsanooth, converted from a farm outbuilding on the 7-acre Daisy Hill Farm and named after Morley Burley, the local builder who put it up in 2005. It sleeps four across a king bed in the master bedroom and twin beds, which zip together into a king, in the second room, with a private hot tub reached by a few steps from the living room.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine, a wood burner, and a BBQ area outside. The family bathroom has a rainfall shower and towels are provided. Private driveway parking is available for two cars, and solar panels with a Tesla battery power a Hypervolt EV charger on site. A travel cot is available on request, dogs are welcome throughout, and high season bookings run to a minimum of seven nights.

Pendennis Castle and Falmouth Art Gallery are both within 7.5 miles, and Trelissick Garden is 6.8 miles. Falmouth itself is about 6 miles away, Truro 8 miles. Swanpool Beach is the nearest stretch of sand, 5.5 miles from the cottage.

Best for families needing two separate sleeping areas and a hot tub for the evenings. Less good for anyone wanting to walk to a beach, since the coast is a drive rather than a stroll from here.
