Nigel House

Nigel House is a two-bedroom cottage in Mousehole for four guests, split between a king-size room and a double. Original features run through the house, and there are two bathrooms, a useful setup for two couples or a family. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and a separate family bathroom has a shower over the bath. Outdoor storage holds wetsuits and buckets and spades.

Sea views reach the snug, and the lounge has a wood burner for cooler evenings. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and a washing machine are included, along with a small front patio looking across the bay to St Michael's Mount and space for up to two dogs. Guests with mobility needs should check access before booking.

Mousehole Beach is 0.2 miles away, a sheltered cove between two stone piers that keeps the water calm for families. Lamorna Cove is 2 miles from the cottage and Eastern Green Beach 3 miles. Narrow lanes climb from Mousehole harbour past 17th and 18th-century stone cottages, galleries and cafes, giving the village a compact, walkable centre for exploring on foot.
