Calac Cottage

Calac Cottage is a two-storey cottage in the centre of Mousehole, the granite-built fishing village 3 miles south of Penzance. The property sleeps 4 across 3 bedrooms - a double, a small double (4ft), and a single - all on the first floor.

The ground floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, along with a family bathroom fitted with a bath and shower over. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer. BT Infinity Wi-Fi is provided, and fuel and power are included in the rental price.

Mousehole Beach is 200m away - a 2-minute walk to the sheltered harbour beach where calm water sits between two granite piers. Lamorna Cove, a rocky inlet popular for snorkelling and rock pooling, is 1.9 miles along the South West Coast Path. A small courtyard sits to the rear of the property, and parking is available outside the cottage in the off-season (October to April). During peak months, the Harbour Car Park and Parade car park are a 3 to 4 minute walk away.

The village has pubs, restaurants, and shops within a 2-minute walk of the front door. Mousehole is connected to Penzance by bus route 6, running every 30 minutes in summer, giving access to the Jubilee Pool lido and the Isles of Scilly ferry terminal.
