Ninevah

Ninevah is a studio-style room within a stone cottage in the village of Lelant. You reach it through a shared hallway, and everything else is a single-storey layout of one room and a shower room.

The main room has exposed beams, a brick feature wall and a woodburning stove set in a brick nook. A double bed forms part of the studio, alongside a dining table and a two-seater sofa facing the Smart TV. The property sleeps two. A starter supply of firewood and coal is not provided, so bring your own for the stove.

The kitchenette has a fridge, kettle, toaster and combi microwave/oven, but there is no kitchen sink. The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. WiFi and bed linen and towels are included, and smoking is not allowed.

Parking is on the street nearby, and a bus stop is a few doors down. The pub is 0.1 miles away, the shop 0.4 miles and the river 0.8 miles. The South West Coast Path passes through Lelant along the estuary, and the village is a request stop on the St Ives Bay railway line, which runs to nearby St Erth. West Cornwall Golf Club is also in the village. It suits a couple, and is less good for anyone planning to cook full meals with no sink.
