No.1 St Eia is a three-bedroom cottage in St Ives with exposed stone walls, a wood burner, and an open fire. It sleeps six across three bedrooms with two bathrooms, and has a dog-friendly garden.

The cottage retains original period character - stone walls, deep window reveals - alongside contemporary furnishings. The wood burner and open fire make it well-suited to shoulder-season visits when the town is quieter and the Atlantic light is at its best. Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine are included.

Porthgwidden Beach is 200m from the front door - one of the town's smaller coves, calmer than Porthmeor and popular with families. Porthmeor Beach is 300m further, with surf most mornings from September onwards. The Tate St Ives gallery sits directly above Porthmeor and is a 5-minute walk. The harbour and the Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden are both within 10 minutes on foot.

Best for couples or families with dogs who want to be in the heart of St Ives rather than on the outskirts. Less good for anyone wanting a quiet rural setting - the town centre location means summer foot traffic outside. If you are arriving by car, check parking arrangements with the owners before you travel.
