Obo's Retreat is a single-storey 3-bedroom cottage at 2 Pityme Farm Road, St Minver, near Rock, sleeping 6 across a super-king, double, and twin room. With 3 bathrooms across the ground floor, the layout is practical for families or groups who want flexibility without sharing facilities.

The Pityme Inn sits directly opposite the property - a pub with food, walkable from the front door. Daymer Bay Beach is 2.5km away - a sheltered, estuary-mouth beach on the Camel that faces south-west and is popular for families due to its calm water. Greenaway Beach is 2.9km and Polzeath - a wide surf beach with a reliable break and surf hire - is 3.1km.

Rock village is around 1.5km, with its water sports centre, a handful of restaurants, and the seasonal ferry across to Padstow. The foot ferry takes around 5 minutes and puts guests directly into Padstow's harbour - useful for the restaurants and the South West Coast Path without needing to drive the inland route.

St Minver has a village shop and a primary school but limited other amenities; Rock and Wadebridge (about 7km south-east) cover most day-to-day needs.
